DELIVERY

 

Our experienced delivery team will deliver your order for Auckland local area. We can also provide professional assembly service at a cost, please feel free to discuss the options with us.

 

For the rest area in the country, our partner freight company will deliver your order for us. The shipping time varies according to the freight company’s availability. It is important for us to getting thing delivered to you on time, but we can’t guarantee the delivery times as it’s a third-party freight company, so we can’t be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery.

 

Your order will always be inspected by our warehouse team to make sure all the product is good to go before dispatching them, however if the product is damaged in transit, please do let us know strictly within 24 hours so we can have this rectified with the delivery team. Any damage to property must be reported to the delivery driver and recorded at the time of delivery.

 

Extra cost will occur for bringing your order upstairs or into lifts, please ensure all the items can fit through your doorways, stairs or lifts etc. We will leave all packaging behind to enable you to play a part in the recycling of any plastic or cardboard items.

 

 

PICK UP

 

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse. Bookings for this are recommended so we can ensure that your order is ready for you when you arrive. The original invoice or full payment receipt must be presented, also your photo ID must be presented at the same time for security purpose use to avoid credit card fraudulent, we will fully comply our responsibilities under the Privacy Act 2020.

 

 

The location of our warehouse is as below:

 

88H Harris Road, East Tamaki, Auckland

Monday-Sunday, 10am-12pm, 1pm to 4pm.

 

Please ensure you have sufficient help to carry furniture from our warehouse to your vehicle. If you require assistance with oversized or heavy items into your vehicle please reach to our team members and they will try to help you if they can do so safely.

 

We will not take responsibly for any damage to product caused in transit, when the product has been collected or freighted by the customer. Please prepare ropes and blanket to secure product if necessary.

 

If you fail to pick up or arranged delivery at the agreed date without notice, a storage fee of 2% of the purchase price will be charged per day since then.
