Excellent couch. Although the instructions provided could have been better. I would suggest that there is an assembly video put up to help people understand how to assemble. Also please label the parts.

Pros: Exactly like the pictures provided, and perfectly what I wanted! It is sturdy, comfortable and the storage is such a great hidden addition. The sofa does feel hard once its set up, but after a few uses, it softens up and is cozy. You receive 2 separate boxes to assemble the sofa, manual included. The manual was the last thing I found as it was placed inside the storage component underneath the cushions, so it is very easy to setup without the instructions. The sofa is basically already put together, the only thing you need to attach are the sofa feet parts, no tools are required, the pull-out component you just need to insert, then you just choose your choice of sofa layout, and you’re all set to go.
Communication with the staff is very prompt and helpful. They let you know the delivery day and the drivers will call you ahead of time before dropping off the items.
Cons: It can be assembled on your own, but probably easier with a 2nd person. If you require the manual, bare in mind the it doesn’t have any word instructions, only pictures, but there are not many parts so it is very easy to follow and set up.
Additionally, if you do not live on the ground floor, there is an extra fee you need to pay if you want your items delivered to your level of residence. This is paid to the driver on your delivery date and it is on top of the initial delivery fee when purchasing your items. So kind of a double delivery fee in a way, so bare that in mind and make sure to check with the staff before you confirm your purchase.

Great sofa bed couch. No tools required, just screw in the legs and hook the pieces together. Very simple for one person, instructions not needed although they are included. Exactly as pictured. It is hard but should soften with use.
